Raw material warehouse
High-quality PVC powder, appropriate calcium powder and stabilizer and other necessary additives. The perfect ratio of multiple raw materials ensures the perfect and stable quality of ZHUOZHU PVC roof panels.
Feeding device
The raw material powder with precise proportion enters the production line through the feeding port.
Heating plasticity
After the raw material is heated and melted at high temperature, it passes through the mold to form a sheet of uniform thickness and is combined with the ASA membrane before cooling.
Electric heating
ZHUOZHU uses cleaner electric energy to heat the raw materials, and the precise temperature control system ensures the full integration of the raw materials.
Visual inspection
Due to the high temperature, our workers are prohibited from directly contacting any machine in production.
Control platform
The overall temperature and product transportation speed all need to be precisely controlled to achieve the most perfect effect.
Mold shaping
When ensuring the temperature is appropriate, the high-temperature sheet is pressed by the mold to become the appearance that the customer wants.
