China Polycarbonate Sheet Manufacturer
Polycarbonate sheet is a high-tech plastic board with excellent comprehensive performance. It has the advantages of high light transmittance, strong impact resistance, light weight, good sound insulation, strong weather resistance, good flame retardancy and UV resistance.

Polycarbonate Sheet
Corrugated & Multiwall & Solid
Polycarbonate sheets have become the ideal substitute for glass and traditional plastics in high-end construction, transportation, electronics, and other fields, thanks to their core advantages of “high transparency, impact resistance, light weight, and durability”. Despite the higher cost and wear resistance challenges, their comprehensive performance still makes them irreplaceable in scenarios requiring safety, weather resistance, and design flexibility.
Production Workshop and Product Display
Lexan polycarbonate roofing panels and corrugated sheets offer unmatched durability, UV protection, and light transmission for roofing and greenhouse applications. These virtually unbreakable panels feature a corrugated design for enhanced strength while remaining lightweight for easy installation. Maintaining long-term clarity without yellowing, Lexan sheets provide superior weather resistance, thermal insulation, and impact protection compared to traditional materials. Ideal for both residential and industrial projects, they deliver premium performance in skylights, roofing systems, and greenhouse covers where durability and light diffusion are essential.

Weather Resistance and Flame Retardancy
According to China GB8625-88 test, the weather resistance reaches Class B.
High Transparency
About the light transmission, Ensure that the polycarbonate sheet reaches 80%-92%.

Sound Noise Reduction
It can reduce ambient noise very well Such as rain, honking car horns and so on Extensive use of sound barrier areas.
Light Weight
Easy to handle and drill; convenient for construction and procession.

What is Polycarbonate Sheet?
- High Transparency and Optical Performance
- Transmittance reaches 85%–90%, close to glass, with soft light that reduces glare.
- Can be processed into UV-coated sheets to prevent yellowing and aging caused by ultraviolet rays.
- Exceptional Impact Resistance
- Impact strength is 250–300 times that of ordinary glass and 30 times that of acrylic (PMMA) sheets, earning it the nickname "unbreakable glass" or "bulletproof glass".
- Even if damaged, it does not form sharp fragments, ensuring high safety.
- Lightweight and Durable
- Weighs only 1/2 of the same thickness of glass, facilitating transportation and installation while reducing building structural load.
- Excellent weather resistance, stable in performance within the temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, less prone to cracking or deformation due to temperature differences.
- Flame Retardancy and Environmental Friendliness
- Flame retardancy grade reaches UL94 V-2 (self-extinguishing when away from fire), and some modified products achieve V-0, meeting building fire protection requirements.
- The material is recyclable and does not produce harmful substances when discarded.
- Superior Processability
- Can be cold-bent (minimum bending radius is 175 times the sheet thickness), suitable for complex designs like arcs and circles.
- Can be processed by cutting, drilling, thermoforming, etc., to meet diversified needs.
